6. Cancellations

The customer must provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property features unless caused by negligence. The customer is responsible for removing or protecting valuable items in the work area.

8. Weather and Delays

Work schedules are weather-dependent. We are not liable for delays caused by adverse weather conditions, material shortages, or other circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize delays and keep you informed.

9. Insurance and Liability

Galway Roofing carries comprehensive public liability insurance and employer's liability insurance. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or defects unless specifically agreed in writing. Our liability is limited to the value of the work performed.
